The room was nice, good size, clean. The gym was clean and decent, everything worked fine. I hated the sliding bathroom door and wished there were more ice machines. The pool was locked, so we had to find someone to unlock it.

The pull‑out sofa bed was a twin, which was nice. The double beds are twin‑sized and a bit small.

The location is off the freeway. The ice machine was broken, the shower handle fell off and hit my foot. There was a long walk from check‑in to the room and the elevator. Breakfast was late, so we couldn’t eat before departure. The neighborhood had fights. Only three towels for five people. The sofa bed was on the floor; when opened it couldn’t open the front door and the floor was dirty. The check‑in was unfriendly and seemed annoyed we were there. Lighting in the room was poor, the electrical socket by the bed didn’t work for charging phones, the room smelled, and the bathroom door didn’t lock.

Everything was perfect except the pool was out of service due to maintenance.
