The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The building itself was beautiful, with spacious areas and well‑maintained pools. However, several crows were present around the pool area and near the outdoor restaurant tables, which was sometimes annoying. It might be worth considering installing a cover over the table area to keep the crows out.

The location was good. The property was dirty, from the rooms to all common areas. The food was terrible, only acceptable on days when there were grilled shrimp or fish. Beach loungers were illegally “blocked” by people with towels, bags, or other items as early as six in the morning.

“Muhteşem 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤗”

The resort was amazing; my wife and I arrived for our honeymoon and were greeted warmly and with a smile. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a large balcony overlooking the garden. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were pleased to see the positive reviews about our Turkish chef, Mustafa Bey, which we met on the first evening’s dinner; he and his assistant Kamil were very welcoming. The hotel offered a variety of snacks, drinks, and desserts throughout. The beach was tidy and clean, with deep coral reefs; I even went on a boat tour and did a dive, seeing colorful fish that I couldn't spot in the reefs the hotel showed me. If you choose this place, bring a snorkel and goggles, otherwise you'll have to rent them at the beach. We stayed for 5 nights, were very satisfied with everything, and would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for everything 🤗

“Beautiful resort with great food, but service and safety need improvement”

The room looked exactly as shown in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel buildings, where we stayed are modern, and the interiors are recently renovated and well maintained. The food in the restaurants was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel also has a large, spacious territory with beautiful landscaped gardens, plenty of greenery, and an attractive terraced layout that makes the resort particularly scenic and enjoyable to explore. For a five-star hotel on the Mediterranean coast, the overall level of service was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, our room had not been properly cleaned, with dust and crumbs in several areas. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, toiletries, and slippers were not provided at all, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The service in the restaurant was equally disappointing. During dinner, we asked a waiter for wine three times, but it was never brought to our table, despite the waiter repeatedly walking past us. It almost felt as though he was expecting a tip before providing basic service. Most concerning, however, was the complete absence of lifeguards on the beach. Given the challenging conditions and the specific characteristics of the entry into the sea, this is a serious safety concern that could potentially put guests' lives at risk. Overall, these shortcomings are simply not what one would expect from a five-star hotel

“UN PARADISO....MA CON TANTE SCALE”

Innanzitutto la stanza che ci è stata assegnata FANTASTICA doppia camera con un bagno super praticamente un appartamento ognuno con il suo armadio letto matrimoniale finestra o balcone e tanto altro In seconda le piscine ad ogni piano una piscina fantastica che creava una sensazione di oasi veramente bellissimo e tante sdraio a disposizione La sala intrattenimento serale con spettacoli diversi serali e intrattenimenti vari per ogni fascia d'età di musica e ballo assicurati Ristoranti vari che purtroppo per il poco tempo del soggiorno non abbiamo potuto prenotare Di certo il cibo ottimo e abbondante pasta quasi al dente! Il posto immerso in un'oasi di vegetazione palme e fiori che con varie scalinate in discesa portava dalla reception al mare. Purtroppo proprio i troppi scalini e strada per raggiungere il mare Trovata Un po faticosa se non con gambe e ginocchia in perfetta forma Consiglierei alla struttura un trenino elettrico ogni 5/6 minuti che possa portare i propri ospiti dal mare alla reception sarebbe un servizio sicuramente super gradito da tutti (Ora c'è una piccola macchinina elettrica ma raramente si trova disponibile.) un po deludente la zona mare I lettini non sufficienti per tutti molti solo allombra poi il tempo in 3 giorni il mare sempre stato un po mosso (il cielo nuvoloso e cupo) e per fare bene snorkling il mare dovrebbe essere piatto e avere fondali non troppo altri e li il mare èra altissimo quindi c'era anche poca luce che rifletteva per una facile visione coralli e pesci . comunque i pesci c'erano e tanti e per il mare Purtroppo avrò avuto sfortuna di trovare maltempo chissà Ma per me è stata una grande delusione. Per ultimo non avere incentivi extra come piccole gite serali con pullman per Naamabay o hold Sharm E da lì un taxi per Naamabay ci ha chiesto 5/8 €
