The bed is comfy and the room is large. Ants were in the room. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. The staff weren’t very informative. We didn’t know they had a free service that takes you into town, which helped because the hotel is far from General Luna and they didn’t tell us. We asked where we could rent bikes. She said she didn’t know. But we then realized after renting one from General Luna that they had their own bikes? So confusing. Also confusing what breakfast and drinks are available. They didn’t come over to us for a while but we watched them go to three other couples who sat down after us, which was quite rude. They always seemed to be out of certain foods.

“Worth it!”

Inbox Siargao is new and clean, I loved the room! It’s in the Malinao area, so it can be a bit of a drive if you want to explore General Luna. However, we preferred being away from the busy tourism hubs.

“Niet voor mij.”

Nice room, new and clean! Friendly staff who try to help. (But they still have a lot to learn) It’s quite far from the center; I had a scooter but didn’t feel comfortable riding at night. So they offered a free tuk‑tuk ride, which was nice! What I also found very annoying was that the water pressure didn’t work; it was fixed but if you want to shower it’s annoying to wait… and when I wanted to shower that evening it didn’t work again and the following days often didn’t. Also they were building, a lot of noise from the grinding and saw machine! I booked with breakfast included but coffee or tea turned out to be extra, which I also found odd. The breakfast was also not tasty. All in all, I wouldn’t come back.

The hotel sits far from the crowds, giving it a cozy and clean vibe, and the staff are accommodating and friendly. No complaints at all—everything was perfect!

“Perfect Island Getaway in Siargao”

Inbox Siargao Resort felt like a dream spot to stay; the room was spotless, stylish, and radiated that laid‑back island feel that matched Siargao’s atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and always made sure we felt at ease. I also appreciated how close the resort was to cafés, restaurants, and Cloud 9—everything was within easy reach. Though I only stayed one night, it was definitely worth it and every minute was well spent. It was the ideal place to rest, recharge, and soak up the island’s beauty.
