The staff were all very polite, the room was large and the bathroom was great. The air conditioner is old, makes a lot of noise that disturbs sleep, and it was also unstable.

Only two pillows were provided, the snack we ordered took over an hour to arrive and was only made after we complained, at check‑out they were charging the snack double, and there was a lack of water at the hotel.
