The location is outstanding—just a 10‑minute walk to the city center and a 3‑minute drive away. Andrea is an exceptional host. The room was in perfect condition, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast excellent. The only downside was a bit of dust behind the TV, nothing too much.

Super cozy, homey, clean, quiet, elegant—a real Scottish home! Andrea did everything possible to make our stay exceptional. Our room was spotless with lovely décor, the bed and pillows were fantastic, and there was no noise at all, so I slept like a log. Breakfast was extremely ample, with cooked options each morning, delicious and served on beautiful china in a newly decorated room. Andrea gave us great ideas for our adventures. This is definitely where I’ll stay again.

The accommodation was unique and we really liked it. The hosts were very warm and friendly and gave us good tips. It was great.

The welcome was very good; Andrea and Grant were attentive and offered excellent advice. The house was superbly comfortable, with great bedding. Breakfast was very good. The private parking was ideal, and the location makes it easy to walk to the center.
