Hello everyone, the reception was very friendly and the lady was very respectful; I felt warmly welcomed. The place was very nice with a view, very clean, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the bed and duvet were very clean, no odor at all—really satisfied. I recommend it; if you ever visit Ales, you’ll be happy.

The reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was convivial and unlimited. However, the on‑site dining was said by staff to not be ready yet, and the stay was short.

The entry code lock didn’t work on Tuesday night after the young lady left at reception; there were four electric car chargers but only two were working. The beverage dispenser at reception was broken, and the room air‑conditioning couldn’t be set—set to 20 °C but the room was 24 °C. The train passing under the windows kept the place quiet. I paid almost €100, and for that amount I expected the amenities described on your site, but that was far from true. I feel cheated and will never return to a B&B. Very dissatisfied. D. Pasquier
