Nice that the car could park inside. The staff were super friendly. It’s quietly situated in the otherwise very busy Piste near Chichen Itza. Because it was low season, there was no breakfast. There were tables and a small bar, but that was also closed. They offered a discounted alternative at a restaurant further away.

Excellent location for visiting the pyramid. The maintenance and hygiene of the facilities are very good. The room is very comfortable and tidy. The proximity to the car is very convenient for access. It has a great breakfast structure but there is no option, even if paid.

The reception staff were friendly, we arrived late and they welcomed us nicely, and checking in was easy. The shower only had a little water.
