The location was sublime, but you can hear everything through the door to the next room, and the air conditioning and hot water take ages to work.

There was no air conditioning, and the housekeeping came only once in six days; one towel was dirty. By the end I ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more because no one was available after the evening shift.

Close to Zócalo and the markets, the staff were super helpful and accommodating, and it was great value for money.

Everything was cozy, the location was great, and the staff were attentive, but the room’s bathroom wasn’t clean—full of hair—so that needs improvement.
