The hotel is nice and clean, but having something in the minibar would have been appreciated.

“Déception”

I was very disappointed. The bed was too high (odd idea), all the coffee and sugar sachets were probably damp because the contents were very hard. There were no fresh items at breakfast, and the orange juice was fake, for example. I’m used to Mercure, so this was a big let‑down. The value for money is more than average for a 4‑star hotel.

The breakfast was great, the beds and bathroom were good, but you’re in a harbor. It’s not very touristy, though there are enough restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.

The location and staff were good, but there wasn’t much else.

“Super Hotel in zentraler Lage, immer wieder.”

I stayed at this hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the location is central with restaurants right next door, and the atmosphere was great. No complaints.
