“Um local único no mundo”

The hosts are wonderful people with natural, sincere kindness. We really liked the couple Ruben and Anis; they’re sweet and I would have loved to meet them more. The lodge is charming, but it was cold at night even with the heater, which from a certain time couldn’t keep up. The place is unique, and the community is unique too. It was an adventure because we drove more than 8 hours from Cusco. The Andes scenery is worth it. Dinner and breakfast are served at the lodge by the family and are good. Mostly the cold because we’re in winter; we would need a bit more heating. The bathroom water is low, especially with the cold, so we had a bathing diet!

“Beautiful lodge and the perfect host”

Ruben, our host, was excellent. Very friendly and ready to help and answer our questions. He organized an amazing tour and even a lunch outside the normal hours of the local restaurant. The room was beautiful, with heating and hot water. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. Staying on the island is the best way to experience the local life, living with the people and supporting their craft, food, and tourism services. We left very happy and with the intention to return.

“parfait pour vivre des moments uniques loin de la ville”

The whole site is exceptional with the view of Lake Titicaca, the Uros, the typical houses, the birds… the boat trips… the kindness and availability of Ruben and his family… their help to carry out our plans to visit Taquile and others. Nothing to add.
