The location is great and the bathroom is clean. The quality didn’t match the price—room size, detail, furnishings were lacking, the toilet seat was too low (hard for seniors and tall people), and there were no chairs.

The place was clean, but the room felt cramped—two people can't even walk around. The staff wouldn’t give us a few extra hours even though rooms were empty, focusing only on profit instead of customer service.
