The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially given how late we booked our stay, and they even brought my girlfriend lime juice when she wasn’t feeling well.

We had a great stay at Ella Nine Arch Holiday Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Saliya, the owner, who was incredibly kind and upgraded our rooms, which made the experience even better. The location is also very convenient — only around 10 minutes from Ella main city — so it was easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful stay. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ella. Nothing significant to mention. Overall, we were very happy with our stay
