The host was genuinely friendly and the facilities were decent, but the overall hospitality didn’t quite live up to my expectations.
“Tranquilidade”
Being right in the centre of Itaúnas was a big plus, and Mr. Valentino gave us a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and the whole place felt cozy – exactly what you want for a family stay.
The place is well‑situated, but the mattress was stiff and made it hard to sleep comfortably.
The location is unbeatable and the room felt spacious, with a decent bed and a mini‑fridge that actually worked. Breakfast was very basic – a piece of fruit would have been a nice touch – and the room lacks a large mirror while the fans barely move the air. The shared bathroom in the dining area looks tired, and the whole building could do with a fresh coat of paint and a better clean of the common spaces.

Getting here was easy, but the mattress was rock‑hard, practically a wooden plank, and the room was dusty. A construction site right next door added constant noise, and the breakfast was just a very simple offering.
