One of the cleanest places we’ve visited – the room was cleaned every day. Very warm in the rooms, delicious food. It’s a 10‑15 minute walk to the main ski slope, but the route is nice.

We really liked the location—it’s very convenient by car, and while walkable, it’s about a 12‑minute walk to the gondola. The rooms were very clean, though a bit dated. The staff stood out as especially kind and accommodating. We arrived late on our first night and were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and fruit waiting for us, which was a thoughtful touch. The buffet, although relatively small, was consistently tasty. We always found something healthy and enjoyable to eat, and we would definitely recommend it for both breakfast and dinner. There wasn’t anything major we disliked, as we were aware when booking that the rooms were somewhat dated. However, one downside was the bathroom setup—the shower only had a curtain instead of a glass door, which often left the bathroom quite messy after use. Also there was no elevator. Not a big deal but just so you know.

The hotel feels like a family home, with a cozy vibe and ample space. The meals were hearty and varied, and the staff were discreet yet responsive to our few requests. The only thing worth mentioning is that the property sits at the bottom of the city centre, so expect a short walk to the main streets, but that didn’t bother us—we appreciate the peace.
