The location was spot‑on and the house was clean, but some bathrooms had mold while others didn’t; overall it was tidy. The smoke detector’s battery was dead, so it kept beeping all night.

The spot was super central and easy to get to. The rooms were roomy and the kitchen was also spacious. On arrival, a nasty odor drifted from the top right bathroom and lingered throughout the stay, probably from the drain or trap. The shower on the middle right didn’t drain well either.

The location was fantastic. Everything was spotless and the social area was great.

The apartment’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the train stations and Vieux-Lille. Everything can be done on foot. The bedding is very comfortable. Two small issues: the blackout curtain on the bedroom on the top floor facing the courtyard only covers half the window, and the power outlet in the bathroom next to the second‑floor courtyard bedroom needs replacing because the wires are exposed.

Erg smaakvol ingericht en toplocatie, leuke keuken om samen te eten en tijd door te brengen. Het zou nog wat fijner zijn als er nog een beetje buitenruimte zou zijn
