The hotel accepted the booking and I received a confirmation, but the next morning the staff called saying all rooms were full and I had forgotten to keep the booking! What a mess! If you plan to book this hotel, think about having a backup plan for that day. The hotel’s business is not sincere.

The views were a 10/10. I really enjoyed all the natural light that comes into this building. The staff kept everything insanely clean and I liked that we were located in a quieter part of town. Also you can rent scooters directly from the hotel which made exploring the town super easy! Be aware that because of the natural light some of the rooms can heat up pretty quickly. I recommend closing the curtains before you leave for the day to keep the room cool.

The décor was lovely, with each room having a distinct style. There was a beverage station open all day and a nice seating area for chatting, and the breakfast served in the morning was also tasty. Unfortunately, the room I booked was a 1‑bedroom duplex where the bathroom screen was damaged and couldn’t be pulled down; it was visible from outside and no staff came to help. The front door screen was also broken and couldn’t be pulled down.

Phòng đẹp sạch sẽ, decor mỗi phòng khác nhau rất thú vị. Màn cửa hư không kéo được, gọi nhân viên hỗ trợ không lên

We had booked a double room, presumably on one of the upper floors with a nice view as the photos suggested, but we were taken to a basement room that was small and far from inviting. There was no Wi‑Fi reception in the room, and we couldn’t pay by card. The staff couldn’t speak any English. Given all that, we decided to leave and find a better place for our stay.
