We were pleasantly surprised. The host welcomed us and gave us loads of great tips for visiting Rocamadour, plus restaurant recommendations that were open. He even handed us a flashlight so we could see the cliff‑side town lit up at night. Breakfast was extensive and all homemade. Everything about our stay was loved.

The setting, the building, the pool, the breakfast and the owner’s remarkable kindness made my visit unforgettable; he was friendly and gave great advice for local sights and great restaurants.
