Hotel Rose Gold

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and supportive staff who made sure I felt at home. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the hotel's location could be a bit tricky to navigate, especially for first-time visitors.

“Très déçu pour le prix et leur manière d agir”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the location was incredibly convenient, and the room was spacious and clean. However, be cautious when it comes to laundry services - my friend was charged an outrageous 65 euros for washing a relatively small load of clothes, including a few pairs of socks, some sweaters, pants, and accessories. The hotel staff demanded immediate payment at 10:30 PM, threatening to have us leave the premises if we didn't comply.

“Fucked up”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a disturbing discovery - bed bugs on my bed. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, I was met with a surprising lack of concern. The hotel's failure to take my complaint seriously left a sour taste in my mouth.

“Not expected such a hospitability”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some pleasant surprises and some major disappointments. While I was eventually able to get breakfast served in my room after repeated requests, the spread was sadly lacking. The TV in my room was functional, but the internet connection was down, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the hotel's services were woefully uninformative, there was no in-house restaurant, and the staff's attitude was shockingly bad.

I was pleased to find that my room was neat and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. However, the bed cover and pillows looked a bit worn out, which was a bit of a letdown.
