Nice hotel in the pedestrian zone of Theben. Very good facilities, especially good mattresses, and extremely clean everywhere. Breakfast is sufficient, good coffee. It can be a bit noisy at night on weekends because of the pedestrian zone where parties were held, but that's temporary.

The location with shops, very lively. The noise from deliveries very early in the morning (5am). The difficulty to park.
