The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for exploring downtown Boston, they gave free bottled water every day which I really appreciated, there was a small shop on the ground floor for last‑minute needs, and the rooms were cozy; however, the mattress sagged toward the center, there were few towels in the room (they didn’t provide enough for all the kids), and overall we had a good stay.

The location was good and the check‑in/check‑out was simple; parking through the hotel cost $70, but walking 4 minutes gets you a spot for $10.
