The room was very clean, tidy, and beautiful. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had told them we were staying for our honeymoon and they prepared a special honeymoon gift for us, which made us very happy. They also offered us two mocktails and brought them to our room. The staff’s communication and care were truly excellent; they helped us with everything throughout our stay and were very friendly. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I liked that there were various options and also local Indonesian flavors. Overall, the service quality, attention, and hospitality were very satisfying.
