The accommodation is not far from the city centre, shopping is very convenient, and there’s a large tourist information wall right outside the entrance that’s very thoughtful. We stayed for two consecutive rainy days; the host kindly asked if we wanted a raincoat and offered airport transfer. The next day we had a flight, worried about returning the car on time, so we booked another well‑known hotel, but the host still offered to deliver our luggage, which was a real kindness. In a later stay the hotel didn’t provide airport transfer, but the host was still eager to call a taxi for us. The location isn’t on the main road, so you need to watch the signs carefully.

The staff are very enthusiastic, they introduced us to local food, and on our first rainy day in Kinmen they were eager to drive us around and bring us back. I highly recommend the guesthouse; it’s average but the hospitality is 1000%.

The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the host even folded a towel into a little elephant on the bed—every detail shows the host’s care. Breakfast was tasty, featuring local favorites so we didn’t have to queue at restaurants. The host was friendly, shared must‑try spots and travel tips, and even helped call taxis when needed. I’ll book this guesthouse again on my next trip to Kinmen.
