The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast didn’t meet expectations and they didn’t restock items that were already gone.

I liked the room space, but the bathtub was leaking, breakfast was served late, and there was little variety.

I really appreciated the hospitality, the welcome, and the whole team’s readiness. I’d like to especially highlight the receptionist Valério, who was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. His service made the experience even better. Congratulations to the team for excellent service! Nothing to complain about, just praise.
