The location was great, yet there’s no lobby and the entrance is at the souvenir shop, though we could leave luggage at a desk.

The location was 10/10. Literally at the bottom of the city walls entrance and only a few minutes walk from the Pile Gate where you get off the bus from the ferry. No dragging suitcases all through town!
