Very comfortable and very clean! The metro is just 100 metres away, and it only takes 25 minutes into town. A supermarket is close too. The neighborhood itself could use a good cleaning.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. The house, with a convenient parking space, is a few steps from metro C, making it ideal for getting to the city center.

Nothing positive. The place wasn’t very clean and the furnishings were a bit barebones.

The value for money was great, the room was simple but spacious, parking was right under the building, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast area was very convenient, but there were a lot of flies in the room.
