I’ve stayed there before and had reasons to return, but this time the reception staff were visibly annoyed because we arrived late; they seemed unwilling to help at that hour. When I got to my room, it only had one bed. I requested a change because I was traveling with my son and was prepared to pay the difference, but they refused, citing reservation policies, even though the room was empty. The customer service was terrible.

The location is convenient with everything nearby, but the bed smelled like women’s perfume, had hair, and the sheets were dirty. On top of that, the internet didn’t work.

Everything was fine; I recommend it. I arrived at night and they let me bring my motorcycle, which I use when I'm in Xalapa, and whenever I go down I use this hotel.
