The staff were friendly, the meals were very well prepared, and the overall atmosphere was calm. However, the room doors slam back into the corridor with force at any time of day or night, which is quite annoying. I also wanted instructions on how to reach the place by bike (there were only car and pedestrian directions), because I ended up taking a very difficult and exhausting route that I later discovered was much easier, and that information should have been included. I also felt that the dogs, while docile, were fairly intrusive around the hotel facilities, which made me a little uncomfortable.
