The booking site said breakfast was included, but it isn’t; you have to pay for it. Parking for guests is also paid.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, parking is in front of the hotel, they provide disposable slippers, and the AC is good. However, housekeeping isn’t available on request, towel and linen changes aren’t done daily, which is unacceptable for a 4‑star hotel. On‑demand cleaning is limited to vacuuming only; beds aren’t made and towels aren’t changed. I’m very disappointed with this approach, especially when I return to a room and have to use damp, already‑used towels.
