The location was excellent, but before checking out the kitchen girl with the receptionist asked my wife if any dish had been brought to the room, implying she had not brought the dish in her belongings when in fact no dining item had been delivered to the room; everything else was fine except that.

Everything was fine, but I couldn’t stay longer.

The only bright spot was Evelyn, who handled everything right away with a constant smile and friendly attitude. The location wasn’t to our liking, and the rooms didn’t meet our expectations; we had to be switched because the climate control wouldn’t regulate the temperature. The second room was noticeably better, but breakfast was quite basic. The front façade shown in the photos is different from what we saw on arrival, and when we left we had to descend stairs to reach the parking lot because there was no elevator or internal access, forcing us to step outside onto the street with our luggage.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the hotel’s description said breakfast was free without mentioning it only covered two adults, and I booked for two adults and three kids.

Yes, it’s a good hotel and I always stay there. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine.
