The food was good, but the issue is that my LATAM miles never got credited even after booking two rooms; I spent about 3,000 dollars at the hotel and still haven’t seen my LATAM Pass miles added. My member number is 51417640782. The food was excellent.

Everything was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was spectacular, with great quality and variety, and the location was exceptional. All was good.

The staff were super friendly and breakfast was incredible and varied; even though a neighbor guest was a bit of a nuisance, it didn't ruin our stay.
