I would recommend this hotel to anyone who already knows downtown KL and wants a relaxed, pleasant stay. A special shoutout to Jabie, Wee Wee, Ezzan and their team, who truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Jabie’s amazing energy and tactful handling of everything, no matter how small, made our stay exceed all expectations. The security guard at the entrance is also special, always with a kind smile and happy to help even if it isn’t part of his duties.

I wasn’t happy with the breakfast offered, and the air‑conditioner heating in my room was broken. I rang reception several times to get someone to fix it, a technician arrived but couldn’t resolve the issue, and nothing was done the next day to correct it. Room heating was a problem.

JC at the reception counter was very professional and helpful, making my stay enjoyable; I’d return because of his service. Nothing else was problematic.
