The place was very clean, the location gorgeous, the food fantastic—maybe a bit more traditional flavors at dinner and more variety at breakfast; the staff were wonderful, the room fantastic, and the pool and gym areas excellent; everything else was good.

The scenic location was awesome and the area was quiet.

The pool was nice, but the hotel had very strict rules and the rooms were dark.

The place was nice and pleasant, service excellent, but it takes a long time from ordering to receiving food at the restaurant.

If you need a place near Kilimanjaro, this hotel is good; the facilities are clean, the pool area great, and the highlight was the massage by Jessica—truly amazing and we’d love to return just for that; the food wasn’t the best—dinner was a buffet and many options were gone by the time we arrived.
