“Con poco se mejora mucho.”
The tranquility and location were good, but the staff lacked empathy.
“Bien!”
Well located, clean and comfortable, but no one was there to greet us and the reception hours were limited.
The place was clean.
“Deficiente”
I couldn't have my bags collected or left for the post office to deliver them.
“Da dimenticare”
We met a waiter who seemed annoyed with his job and not very friendly or helpful. The waiter was not friendly or helpful.
