Mr. Majid, the owner, is hospitable and helpful; he is a good man. The room is air‑conditioned, the bed is large and comfortable, and there is a TV and a shower with many channels. However, the interiors need renovation, the windows only look out onto a dim floor, the ground floor feels somewhat cold and lacks proper ventilation.
