The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, answering any phone questions quickly. They also supplied baby items like a sterilizer and a bath tub, though the crib was already taken; the bed was large enough for three people. The décor feels oddly retro with wooden floors, but the rest of the furnishings are minimalist. The cement floor feels cold and hard, yet it gives a nostalgic vibe reminiscent of Aunt Ma’s house, which is still quite cozy.

The hotel is a stone’s throw from the train station, with department stores, eateries, drinks and a convenience store all within walking distance. The room was fairly large, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved that it had a fan – I could keep the air‑con on a low setting and still stay cool thanks to the fan’s breeze.
