The staff are friendly, but many aspects could be improved. First, parking costs an extra 22 € for 24 hours, and we were charged a city tax on top of what we had already paid. The beds are not equipped with toppers; they are thin and uncomfortable. One odd person opened our room in the middle of the night, poked their head in, and we luckily noticed and shut it, but it was scary.

I liked the hotel’s location and the staff at check‑out were top. I had expected a quieter room for the four nights since I didn’t book last minute, but the room itself suited me. Room service was fine. However, the staff at check‑in weren’t particularly friendly.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The room was very small, making it cramped for larger people, especially the toilet basin tucked into the corner.
