What a lovely and cozy place, with beautifully stylish interiors from the lobby and guest rooms to the charming little courtyard. It sits in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood, about 20 minutes from the city’s main attractions. With 2 metro lines and several bus stops nearby, getting around is very convenient. Breakfast is modest but everything is always fresh, with a lovely personal touch. It’s especially nice that the hosts prepare and serve your choice of tea, coffee and juice. A special thank you to Paolo for his kindness and thoughtfulness! Even though we had early plans on 3 mornings, Paolo thoughtfully arranged for us to have breakfast in our room. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality, attention to detail, and for making our stay so wonderful! P.S. We’ll be planting our wildflowers very soon! 🌸 The only downside was the lack of soundproofing—you can hear footsteps and doors opening, but all the guests were very considerate and kept the noise down, so it was quiet at night.

A beautifully renovated house, styled in vintage chic with a cozy garden. Spacious, quiet rooms, nice and practical. Bus stops and metro stations are within a short walk. Discreet owners, handy access system. No complaints.

We stayed at Ortica Guesthouse and it was incredibly comfortable and delightful. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully styled, and kept in great condition. The area felt secure, and the spot was very handy, with bus stops and metro stations close by. If you like walking around, the Colosseum is just a pleasant 20‑minute stroll away! Huge thanks to Pablo and the team for their warm welcome and for making our visit so pleasant. I’d definitely recommend Ortica Guesthouse to anyone heading to Rome.
