The décor was very pretty, the staff were super friendly, everything was tidy and clean, and the atmosphere felt very warm.

The hotel’s location was fine, the rooms were small but did the job, and the breakfast was good. There was a lot of noise, so it wasn’t a place to relax, but otherwise everything was okay.

Everything was wonderful: the hotel and its facilities were amazing and high‑quality, the breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, organized, clean, and comfortable. The best part was the friendliness and quality of the staff’s service, especially the reception team in the morning and at night. They were very kind. I couldn’t pay by card because the terminal was having problems at the time; in the tourism sector that’s a valuable tool.
