A very atmospheric place, and the hosts were very hospitable! There is no window to the street and the plumbing in the bathroom is a bit noisy, but the overall impression makes up for it.

The location was perfect. The host was wonderful, eager to help. The apartment was small but had all the necessary accessories, which was very convenient. There was only one outlet for charging phones, but that's a minor issue; you can manage.

The location was great, easy to reach everywhere, the host was friendly, she gave us fruit and her mom’s fig jam.

What a fantastic tiny spot to stay! The host was a kind, polite Georgian lady who spoke limited English but was eager to help anytime, even offering an after‑hours check‑in that was a real convenience. The room was well equipped and had its own private yard at the front. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable—orthopedic ones are unlikely at this price—but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Check‑in was very straightforward; the host waited on her balcony. The room had beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a small sitting area. As a welcome gift we received delicious peaches. The location is excellent, especially if you want to start a morning tour right around the corner from the square. Everything was clean, the air‑con worked, and there were windows. A few nights as a base in Tbilisi is perfectly fine.
