“The experience was disappointing.”

The toilet had a very unpleasant smell, and the amenities were poor and not as expected. We booked the room for three guests and paid for the additional guest, but no extra bed was prepared for us. Overall, the room was not properly prepared for the number of guests we booked and paid. It looks high-end at first glance, but unfortunately, it doesn’t really live up to that impression. The décor at the entrance creates a good first impression and makes the place appear luxurious, but beyond the entrance, the overall quality, amenities, and experience do not feel high-end

“Would visit again”

We ended our family holiday in the Philippines at this hotel, and while it mostly met our expectations, there were a few areas that could be improved. The main reason we booked this hotel was for its fantastic pools, which were clean and perfect for our kids to learn how to swim. Although the water was a bit murky, making it difficult to see our feet, it didn't deter us from enjoying the water jets and bubbles.

“Excellent service”

We were impressed with the spacious and newly renovated rooms at this hotel, but there was one major issue - the water in the bathroom took a long time to heat up. It took 20 minutes for the water to become warm, which was frustrating. Despite this, the rooms were a highlight of our stay, and we appreciated the effort that had gone into renovating them.
