The facilities and room are great, but the cleaning is lacking and noticeably absent.

A wonderful stay, especially the friendliness and attentiveness of all staff, notably the receptionists who welcomed me on Saturday 17 at 14:30 and were delightful. The breakfast and Italian buffet surprised me with their quality and variety, and the bed was very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Throughout, staff ensured we were satisfied and had everything we needed. Definitely a very positive experience and a hotel I’d gladly return to. However, some improvements could be made: the quality of certain buffet drinks and minor room‑cleaning details could use more care; the room fridge didn’t cool anything; and at times hallway noise from other guests slightly disturbed the peace, though the hotel isn’t at fault. These small issues don’t diminish the many positives but could enhance the overall experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the themed restaurant isn’t bad, but there’s no variety; the staff are very friendly. The food always repeats the same dishes and desserts, which became boring, the common areas were a bit dirty, and the parking‑area landscaping looked abandoned.
