The room was tidy and clean, situated behind the bar yet quiet. The shower tap was broken.

The property sits close to Bui Vien, and the owner is very accommodating, but the toilet is a bit off and the space is very small.

The host was amazing, welcoming us right away and helping with check‑in, check‑out, and extensions; the air conditioning worked flawlessly, the room was clean and well kept, and the spot is ideal for food and landmarks—just down an alley on Bu Vien next to the CoCo bar, clearly marked as Family House once you reach the end; it’s a bit hectic, but for such a low price and nice room it doesn’t matter.
