I wasn’t able to stay in this accommodation, so I’m requesting a full refund of 95,81. The fact that the establishment asked me to cancel even though I hadn’t booked with a cancellation policy is frustrating; I called several times and got no answer, leaving me without a solution until 21:00 outside, and I had to make another reservation. I’m demanding a full refund of the 95,81€ that was debited.

Metal shutters on the windows were open because of the climate, and there were no blackout curtains, so I had to leave them open. The building runs along a railway line and a major road that leads to Tours, so there was no way to sleep peacefully. Because the room is adjacent to the shower, I woke up every time someone took a shower, whether it was late at night (1–3 am) or early in the morning (4 am.), or when other residents refreshed themselves at night, especially during the high temperatures of June 2025.

The communication and reception were friendly, and the room itself was clean. The shared bathroom and kitchen are not recommended for guests.
