The place feels brand‑new and very clean, yet the doors, windows, and sound insulation were completely neglected; we could hear everything from above, outside, and the stairwell.

The reception, space, and cleanliness are perfect. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful; only a few fresh fruits were missing. The room is comfortable, but it could be even better with a dedicated writing area. The setting isn’t the most engaging (our room faced the street in a craft area), but the interior matters most.
