“!!! BEWARE: CAPSULE-STYLE ROOMS WITH NO WINDOWS !!!”

The hotel is clean, the shared bathrooms are convenient and well maintained, and the beds are comfortable. It can be a good option for a night or two, provided you are aware of the very limited space and the lack of windows. This is essentially a capsule-style hotel, but this is not clearly communicated on its listing. I booked a room that turned out not to be a conventional room at all, but a tiny, windowless cubicle with a floor area of around 1 m². There was another “room” directly above the bed, making the available space extremely limited, with less than a metre of clearance. **It is NOT FAIR to withhold such important information from guests.** The accommodation was advertised as a “Double Room”, which is highly misleading given its actual size and layout. The fact that the rooms have no windows should also be clearly stated in the description, rather than left for guests to discover upon arrival. Moreover, the price is excessive for this type of accommodation. I originally booked six nights for approximately EUR 600. After arriving and discovering the actual conditions, I contacted customer service. The representative spent several minutes checking the listing and eventually confirmed that it did not clearly indicate that this was not conventional hotel accommodation. My stay was eventually shortened to one night, for which I was charged over EUR 150. Although I agreed to this arrangement, I had very little practical alternative at that point. I subsequently moved to a great apartment nearby, which cost EUR 560 for five nights. To make matters worse, I had to wait nearly a month, make several calls to , and repeatedly follow up before receiving my refund and a correct invoice. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The main issue is not simply that the accommodation was small, but that its actual nature and the absence of windows were not clearly disclosed before booking. Guests should not have to discover such fundamental characteristics only after arriving

The place was the neatest I've seen, yet there was no water available for purchase.

The location is great and the breakfast is sufficient, but the fact that rooms lack private bathrooms should be made clearer when booking. Even though the hotel was tidy and the location superb, we would not have chosen it because of the missing bathroom. For those who don't mind not having a private bath, the choice is perfect.
