The food tasted good, but everything else was disappointing. The room smelled bad, likely due to dampness that showed up as bubbles on the walls. The toilet was heavily stained, the shower cubicle took ages to drain, and the air conditioning was subpar. The restaurant was dirty, with food stains on the placemats. The staff tried to fix the problems and offered complimentary tea and snacks as compensation.

The property was badly maintained: broken taps, torn and dirty bed sheets, no staff, a non‑working air conditioner, a bucket and mug in the bathroom that were filthy, and a stinking bathroom. The guard at the entrance looked very unwelcoming. I had to move my luggage from the room to the lobby and then keep it in the car myself. The only advantage was the proximity to the airport; otherwise, nothing good. I would give it 1 out of 10. All staff and facilities were lacking.
