The bed was huge, housekeeping kept the room spotless, and the front desk was friendly. The water dispenser was on the second floor, and the bathroom didn’t provide spare paper rolls.

硬體設備設計新穎、氣味和材質的選擇很不錯。讓人走進大廳就感到舒服、走進房間就感到放鬆。 位置也還不錯，鬧中取靜。. 我是Booking.com的三級會員（最高等級），我是7日生日，於當周入住兩個晚上，在台南度過我的生日，因此我在備注，有的飯店會提供氣球/巧克力/或是一張入住溫馨小卡。然而這家旅店什。麼。都。沒。有。 櫃檯男員工表示，「因為你在Booking.com預定，而不是在我們官網預訂的」 所以我就不是你們的顧客嗎？ 那我也不會給你們留下多好的評價！ 包括連入住啤酒迎賓禮，也是因為「你不是由官網訂的，所以很抱歉沒有」 ，當下我聽到心情簡直糟透了！！ 這就是你們寧願省下1分的小貼心舉動，讓我生日選擇了一個錯誤的旅店的代價。
