From the moment I stepped in, Nikhil, the Front Office Manager, was incredibly helpful—he sorted everything fast and made me feel right at home. His service level is hard to find elsewhere, so kudos for a job exceptionally well done!

1. Wrong rooms were allotted, while we booked the queen bed rooms, we got twin bed rooms; even after booking the rooms 2 months prior 2. after re-arranging the rooms, the room door wouldn't open, and we had to wait for 30 mins until the door opened

The staff were very helpful and eager to assist, but ordering drinks in the restaurant was a major hassle—each hot drink took about 25 minutes to arrive. On the bright side, the two young lads were fantastic.
