“Passable but not value for money”

The location near the O2 was good. The room was poor, with mould in the bathrooms and a stale smell throughout. The room temperature was way too hot and couldn’t be controlled.

I won’t book here again. The location is terrible; I wish I’d written a better review earlier. The staff were rude and disengaged, gave me a key without any explanation, and when I tried to see the view from the top‑floor restaurant I was looked down on by a lady who thought I wasn’t worthy because I wasn’t dressed properly. The restaurant was empty so I wasn’t bothering anyone, but I was still judged for my clothes. The room was so dark I couldn’t do my makeup; the long mirror was filthy and the shower head was loose. Parking is not ideal, few spaces, and the car park isn’t safe for £20.00.

I ate a decent breakfast, the place was quiet unless you count the loud chatter and the fridge. The furniture was worn, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and a shelf under the faucet kept falling. The staff did their jobs as if they were forced, making me feel unwelcome.

The proximity was a plus. The kitchen closed early at 22:00.

“Our stay was good all round just needs attention in certain areas”

Ideal Location when going to a concert at the 02 . Loved the Decor. The lighting in the bedroom is not ideal as the room is too dark , it needs a proper ceiling light . The room was clean but the hall ways needs proper hoovering as you can see the build up of dust in the corners & the glass on the doors were very dirty
