The spot’s good and the breakfast is decent, but the room with the beds is tiny—me, 2 m tall, kept feeling cramped all the time. The bed’s lock engages when you close it, which was quite annoying, and the shower tiles were dull and unappealing.

The location is great and public transport is convenient, plus there’s a convenience store nearby so you never run out of supplies. The free breakfast was a bonus. However, the cleaning was lacking; the toilet sometimes clogged and the shower room was wet with hair, making it dirty.

Everything was spotless and there were plenty of shower supplies. The breakfast was disappointing—only toast and cereal, and when we arrived there was none left. The shared male and female showers, restrooms, and lockers on a different floor than the capsules weren’t comfortable.

The capsules, toilets, and showers were clean. The only real issue was the ventilation noise in the capsules nearby, which made it hard to sleep.
